SMS Verbal Consent Script

Effective Date: June 1, 2026  ·  Premier Network Solutions, Los Angeles, CA

Overview

Premier Network Solutions uses an AI receptionist to handle inbound calls at (747) 335-2335. When a caller provides their phone number during a call, the AI receptionist verbally obtains consent before any SMS messages are sent. This page documents the exact consent language used.

How Opt-In Occurs

End users opt in verbally when they call Premier Network Solutions at (747) 335-2335. During the call, after the caller provides their phone number, the AI receptionist reads the following consent statement:

Exact Verbal Consent Script — Read by AI Receptionist

"Just to confirm — you're okay with us sending you a text message with your appointment details? Message and data rates may apply, and frequency will vary. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for assistance."

Consent is only recorded after the caller verbally confirms agreement (e.g., "Yes," "Sure," "That's fine"). If the caller does not confirm, no SMS is sent.

What Happens After Opt-In

Mobile numbers are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Phone numbers collected during calls are used solely to send appointment confirmations and service-related notifications to the caller.

Consent is Not a Condition of Service

Callers are not required to consent to receive SMS messages in order to receive services from Premier Network Solutions. Consent to SMS is always optional.
